Merchant purchases
For an order paid through PayWall checkout, contact the seller on your receipt. The seller’s terms explain refund eligibility, returns, delivery, and cancellation. PayWall support can help with a technical checkout issue.
PayWall service charges
To request a review of a PayWall fee, email hello@paywall.app with your account email, transaction reference, amount, currency, and reason. Refund eligibility depends on the terms agreed for your account and applicable law.
Stopping use
For account closure or cancellation assistance, contact support. Ask us to confirm how any outstanding fees, transactions, or active services will be handled before closing an account.
Service access
PayWall is software accessed online. Payment features become available after the required account setup and payment provider checks. This website does not sell or ship physical goods.
Disputes
Nothing on this page prevents you from contacting your card issuer or exercising rights under applicable law.
