Claims

If you have any claims regarding transactions made through PayWall, please follow the guidelines below to ensure your claims are processed smoothly.

How to Submit a Claim

To submit a claim, you must send an email to hello@paywall.app with the following information:

• The amount of the transaction.
• Your email address.
• The name on the card, if applicable.
• The name of the commerce website or app where the order was placed.
• The reason for the claim.

Important Notice

Please note that any claim initiated via your bank will result in a permanent account block. You will not be able to use PayWall for any other orders or transactions if you choose to initiate a claim through your bank.
