Get help with a charge, refund, or account issue.
A purchase from a merchant
Contact the seller listed on your receipt for order details, delivery, cancellations, or refunds. Include the order reference, amount, currency, and date.
A PayWall charge or technical issue
Email hello@paywall.app with your account email and a short description. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or API secrets.
Card disputes
You can contact your card issuer about an unauthorized charge or dispute. Contacting PayWall is not a prerequisite and does not replace your issuer’s deadlines or dispute process.
